Employment Type: Temporary/Travel
Certifications: BLS, NRP, NIHSS
Experience: 1+ years of NICU experience
Hourly Pay Rate: $63.65

What You'll Do
- Provide specialized nursing care to pre-term and surgical NICU patients
- Monitor patients using bedside telemetry
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RT, PT, OT, and CRNA
- Support patient families through care planning and updates
- Follow unit policies for safe medication and IV management
- Adhere to infection control and PPE guidelines
- Participate in unit orientation and ongoing education activities
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
- BLS, NRP, NIHSS certifications
- At least 1 year of NICU or higher-level neonatal experience
- Ability to work night shift and manage acuity levels
- Experience with Meditech Expanse EMR, Alaris IV Pump, Pyxis medication dispensing
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
