Human Resource Generalist - Recruiter

Primary Responsibilities We are looking for an energetic, hourly and professional recruiter to join our Human Resources team. Your impact will be felt in the growth and success of Sub‑Zero Group, Inc. through finding top talent and building strong relationships with internal and external partners. Lead full life‑cycle recruitment efforts for hourly, technician, and professional level positions. Assess candidate skills and abilities during phone screens and on‑site interviews. Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and create or update job descriptions as needed. Build relationships with high schools, technical colleges, and university campuses. Proactively source, screen, and build a pipeline for all technical positions using social media tools and job boards (i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, Career Builder, etc.). Identify new and creative avenues for recruiting and collaborate on process improvements and talent pipeline utilization. Act as the face of Sub‑Zero Group at local events, partnerships, meetups, and conferences to promote careers. Manage the co‑op program through recruitment, experience, off‑boarding, and future candidate pipeline development. All drug testing will be conducted in accordance with federal and state laws. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s or better in Human Resources or a related field. Experience Familiarity with employment laws & regulations applicable to hiring and recruitment Proficient with Microsoft Office suite Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies Strong sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple tasks at different stages of the recruitment cycle Ability to cultivate candidate relationships 5+ years of manufacturing recruiting experience Preferred Certifications in recruitment, human resources, or recruitment marketing Experience with UKG or related HRIS/recruitment system Experience building relationships with campus partners, student organizations, and local programs Experience building talent pipelines and developing candidate pools Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
