Technical Business Analyst PLM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery, enhancement, and maintenance of business-critical systems. This role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on requirements gathering, issue resolution, testing support, and documentation. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn enterprise systems such as PLM, ERP, and related operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and document business and system requirements for enhancements and new initiatives
• Define business problems, clarify objectives, and support scope definition
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication
• Support issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution across systems
• Assist with testing activities, including test case creation, validation, and defect tracking
• Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, SOPs, user guides, and release notes
• Monitor system usage, data quality, and process adherence
• Participate in project lifecycle activities including requirements, testing, training, and post-launch support
• Support meetings by capturing action items and tracking progress
• Ensure scope alignment and proper routing of new requests
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Basic understanding of business systems and software development lifecycle concepts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with requirements documentation, testing, or process mapping
• Exposure to PLM, ERP, retail, supply chain, or merchandising systems
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, SharePoint, ticketing systems, Excel, or BI tools
• Basic knowledge of SQL or reporting tools
• Strong interest in business operations and technical systems
