Technical Business Analyst PLM

Job Summary We are seeking a Junior Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery, enhancement, and maintenance of business-critical systems. This role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on requirements gathering, issue resolution, testing support, and documentation. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn enterprise systems such as PLM, ERP, and related operational workflows. Key Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, and document business and system requirements for enhancements and new initiatives
- Define business problems, clarify objectives, and support scope definition
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication
- Support issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution across systems
- Assist with testing activities, including test case creation, validation, and defect tracking
- Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, SOPs, user guides, and release notes
- Monitor system usage, data quality, and process adherence
- Participate in project lifecycle activities including requirements, testing, training, and post-launch support
- Support meetings by capturing action items and tracking progress
- Ensure scope alignment and proper routing of new requests
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Basic understanding of business systems and software development lifecycle concepts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Experience with requirements documentation, testing, or process mapping
- Exposure to PLM, ERP, retail, supply chain, or merchandising systems
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, SharePoint, ticketing systems, Excel, or BI tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL or reporting tools
- Strong interest in business operations and technical systems
