The successful candidate will be a mission-aligned leader with a strong background in scaling organizations, particularly in B2C, edtech, or complex service-driven industries. The CEO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategic plan, identifying new revenue streams, and establishing the company as a category leader in the rapidly expanding sector. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in building operational systems, enhancing financial planning, and leading diverse teams with high emotional intelligence. Experience in mission-driven environments and a deep understanding of government programs or compliance-driven markets are preferred. Key responsibilities for the CEO include strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial leadership, and team development. The role demands a leader who can build and implement scalable operational systems, improve planning and forecasting, and ensure operational readiness for significant annual growth.
