Senior Wellness Advocate & Community Liaison
Total Life
Total Life seeks a Longevity Ambassador to represent the organization in Greater Philadelphia. You will perform in-person wellness assessments for older adults, build relationships with physician practices and residential sites, and serve as the local point of contact for clients, caregivers, and partners. You will host longevity screening events, collaborate with the virtual therapy team for smooth transitions into care, and document outreach activities in the CRM. #J-18808-Ljbffr Total Life
