Position: RN - Intermediate / Step Down

Location: City, State

Schedule:

12-hour Night Shift, 7 PM - 7 AM, 12x3 Rotation

Note: Candidates must be willing to work during the holiday season, including:

• 2 Major Holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day
• 1 Minor Holiday: The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the Pulmonary Thoracic specialty. The ideal candidate will provide care for intermediate medical patients, specifically those at high risk for respiratory complications, as well as patients recovering from cardiac thoracic surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, and head/neck surgery. The role involves managing a variety of patient populations, including those on Respiratory Assist Devices (RA) such as BIPAP or Optiflow.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the pulmonary thoracic specialty
• Required Certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS
• Preferred Certification: NIHSS
