Sales Representative
We're hiring a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join a growing flooring and cabinet supply company. This is a great fit for someone who comes from construction sales whether you've sold tile, cabinetry, flooring, or other building materials and is ready to bring their expertise and industry relationships into a supportive, fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do:
- Build and manage client relationships across residential and commercial projects
- Provide product recommendations, pricing, and quotes tailored to each project's needs
- Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish
- Follow up on leads and proactively generate new business opportunities
- Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
What We're Looking For:
- Proven sales experience within the construction industry tile, cabinetry, flooring, or building materials background preferred
- An established network of industry contacts (builders, contractors, architects, designers, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter who can independently manage a pipeline and drive results
- Highly organized with solid follow-through
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2+ years of sales experience in the construction industry (preferred)
- Comfortable working both in-office and in the field
