Summary: Lead and oversee all financial operations for the hotel or resort Develop and implement financial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals and objectives Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field or equivalent experience Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in a finance leadership role within the hospitality industry Strong financial analysis and reporting skills Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations Proficient in financial management systems and software High attention to detail and strong time management skills Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Benefits Davidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
