Located in Scottsdale, AZ
Salary: $25-$30/hour Bilingual Safety Advisor (English/Spanish) Location: Phoenix, AZ (Travel to multiple job sites required)Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Join Our Team We are seeking a Bilingual Safety Advisor to help promote and maintain a safe working environment across multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate is an experienced construction safety professional who is passionate about safety, communicates effectively in both English and Spanish, and has a proven history of reliability and long-term employment. Top Qualifications (Required)
- Construction site safety experience is required.
- OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification is required.
- Demonstrated longevity in previous positions with a stable work history.
- Reliable transportation and the ability and willingness to travel to different job sites.
- Conduct regular job site safety inspections and audits.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Deliver safety orientations and toolbox talks in both English and Spanish.
- Investigate incidents, document findings, and assist with corrective action plans.
- Partner with field supervisors and project teams to promote a strong safety culture.
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
- Support ongoing safety training and employee engagement initiatives.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous construction safety experience.
- Current OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple job sites.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- $25.00-$30.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
