Descripción del trabajo
El guardia de seguridad armado es responsable de garantizar la seguridad de los clientes, empleados y las instalaciones. Esto incluye patrullar el local, monitorear las grabaciones de las cámaras de vigilancia y responder a cualquier incidente o emergencia relacionada con la seguridad. El guardia de seguridad armado también será responsable de hacer cumplir las normas y procedimientos del local, así como de ayudar a prevenir robos y otras actividades delictivas.
Múltiples descansos remunerados, comidas y refrigerios proporcionados.

Responsabilidades clave
- Patrullar las instalaciones de la tienda para garantizar la seguridad de los clientes, empleados y la propiedad.
- Monitorear las grabaciones de vigilancia y responder a cualquier incidente o emergencia relacionada con la seguridad.
- Hacer cumplir las políticas y procedimientos de la tienda, incluyendo aquellos relacionados con la prevención de robos y pérdidas.
- Colaborar en la investigación de robos y otros incidentes relacionados con la seguridad.
- Documente e informe cualquier incidente o emergencia relacionada con la seguridad.
- Mantenga una actitud profesional y cortés en todo momento.
Requisitos
- Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente GED
- Se valorará la experiencia previa como guardia de seguridad o en un campo relacionado.
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo y caminar largas distancias.
- Sólidas habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales
- Capacidad para trabajar bien bajo presión y en un entorno de ritmo acelerado.
- Conocimientos básicos de informática y familiaridad con sistemas y equipos de seguridad.
- Debe poseer una licencia de seguridad ACTIVA.
- Debe poseer una licencia de seguridad armada ACTIVA.
- Debe proporcionar su propia arma de fuego.
- DEBE TENER DISPONIBILIDAD COMPLETA
- DEBE ESTAR DISPUESTO A VIAJAR A VARIOS LUGARES
