Ace Air Conditioning has been a trusted name in Central Florida for over 40 years. We are looking to bring on an experienced Service Technician to support our residential and commercial service operations.
We offer:
- Starting pay of $24-$32/hr.
- Pay Weekly
- Lead bonuses and other incentives.
- Company provided vehicle, gas card, phone.
- Full-time position, alternating on call schedule.
- Health Benefits; medical, dental, vision, paid life insurance, etc.
HVAC/R Service Tech position is responsible for:
- diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R equipment failures and customer home comfort issues.
- Performing equipment sets, start-ups, condenser sets, and preventative maintenance.
- Proper completion of all paperwork & maintaining required levels of truck stock items.
- Selecting the appropriate diagnostic and repair charges from the flat rate book per company policy.
- Advising Service Manager or Coordinator if the assigned project begins to fall behind average repair times.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of related HVAC/R
- EPA Certification.
- Driver's license in good standing.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to bend, climb, push, and lift heavy materials.
