Supervisory Housing Management Specialist

Qualifications At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in Federal service or equivalent experience in private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Directing and coordinating the management, maintenance, and repairs of a complex Federal housing operation. Determining the utilization requirements of family housing in accordance with Federal and agency housing policies and requirements. Administrative planning, scheduling and coordination of work forces and resources pertaining to housing management activities. Negotiating with local authorities, tenants, and other interested parties on programs related to the operation and use of public housing assets. Providing customer support services to military and civilian officials concerning housing policies and programs.
