Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability for customers. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and provide feedback. Maintain store visual standards and ensure a clean, organized environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance the shopping experience. Analyze sales reports to identify trends and optimize store performance. Requirements Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement. Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
