Job Description Kuhn's Market is a local independent supermarket in Pittsburgh, PA. With 8 locations in the Greater Pittsburgh area, we are a part of the neighborhoods we serve, and proud to be a Pittsburgh Tradition. Our McKnight Road location in Pittsburgh's North Hills is currently seeking Customer Service Clerks to join our team! Up to $1,000 New Hire Bonus available! Advancement opportunities available! Responsibilities: Process returns and exchanges Run lottery machine Oversee front end; manage break schedule and assign additional duties to cashiers and baggers as needed. Provide excellent customer service. Provide fast, friendly, and accurate check-out services for our customers using computerized cash register systems. Assist in till and safe balancing. Keep the front-end area clean and well-stocked. Assist in general stocking and other duties as needed. Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years of age. Proficiency in operating a cash register Accuracy and basic math skills are important, as is the ability to memorize product identification codes and weekly ad specials. Ability to effectively communicate, delegate and multitask Must be able to frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds with assistance.
