What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a driven FOH Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant setting. You'll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience, leading FOH operations, and inspiring a high-performing team. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills are a must.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Base Salary : $60,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee all Front of House operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency
Collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to create seamless service coordination
Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to achieve peak performance
Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost control effectively
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
