ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked in banking. I was drawn to agency ownership because it gave me the opportunity to build my own business while making a meaningful impact in the local community and helping people protect what matters most.

I attended University of Mississippi, where I played football. I'm a proud father of two and enjoy traveling and spending time with my family whenever possible. Community involvement is an important part of our agency. We stay active with local schools and proudly sponsor a Student Athlete of the Month award at the local high school. Supporting young people and recognizing hard work and achievement are values that align closely with our agency culture.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brandon Jacobs - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
