Overview We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Baker to join our growing team in Wixom, Michigan. Responsibilities Prepare, bake, and finish cakes, pastries, and other baked goods with consistency and creativity Follow recipes and production schedules to meet daily demand Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation Support training and mentorship of new hires and bakery associates to uphold standards and foster growth Qualifications Formal education in Culinary Arts or Pastry, OR proven professional experience in baking/pastry Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills This role will start as a part‑time position with the high potential to transition into full‑time employment as our production capacity and customer demand continue to grow fast.
