We are seeking experienced and reliable leasing agents to help lease apartment communities. Our clients are looking for employees who enjoy working with a team and have a knack for warm and inviting customer service.

Apartment Leasing Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of leasing or related experience required .
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws, property management software such as YARDI, MRI, ONESITE, KNOCK, ETC is a PLUS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret all forms of information.
• Must be team oriented but able to work independently.

Apartment Leasing Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors (residents, future residents, and internal team members)
• Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls, conduct property tours and promote attractive community features.
• Inspect units for move-ins to ensure units are ready.
• Review resident files to ensure documentation is accounted for and up to date.
• Provide a high level of customer service for residents and guests
