Communicate effectively and professionally with agency, contractor, and MBP personnel. Perform final inspection, prepare punchlists, and verify punchlist items are completed or corrected by the contractor. Maintain project records, including daily diaries documenting contractor work (locations of work, workforce, equipment, materials), project photos, and inspection reports; incorporate algebraic, geometric, and trigonometric calculations and associated sketches as needed. Track submittals and requests for information and maintain project correspondence. Perform administrative duties required of MBP team members.
