This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment, knows the PI case lifecycle inside and out, and wants to bring that expertise to a firm where it will be recognized and relied on. You'll work closely with our attorneys managing a caseload from filing through trial prep, keeping cases organized, deadlines met, and clients informed every step of the way.What You'll DoManage all phases of personal injury litigation, from pleadings and discovery through trial preparationDraft, file, and serve pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and other litigation documentsPrepare trial exhibits, deposition summaries, and witness/exhibit listsTrack and manage critical deadlines using our case management system (Filevine)Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel to gather records and informationCommunicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and gather necessary documentationSupport attorneys in mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparationMaintain organized, accurate case files and ensure court rules and deadlines are consistently metWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with personal injury experience strongly preferredWorking knowledge of Colorado civil procedure and court filing rules (state and federal)Experience with Filevine or similar case management softwareExcellent organizational skills and an eye for detail — nothing slips through the cracks on your watchStrong written and verbal communication skills, especially when working directly with clientsAbility to manage multiple case deadlines independently in a fast-paced environmentA team-oriented mindset and genuine care for the people we representParalegal certificate preferred but not required for candidates with equivalent litigation experiencePhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.Compensation & BenefitsHourly Rate: $30.00 – $45.00 (commensurate with experience and qualifications).Benefits:401(k) with 3% firm contributionHealth, vision, life and dental insurancePaid time off (PTO) and paid holidaysFitness reimbursement programWhy Join UsThis is an ideal role for a motivated litigation paralegal who wants to work closely with attorneys on complex personal injury cases and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
