Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and recruit top-notch candidates for various client positions, aligning their skills and aspirations with our clients' needs.

Candidate Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal team members to facilitate successful placements.

Conducting marketing activities including reaching out to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions to effectively communicate our offerings and create meaningful connections. These approaches encompass utilizing various communication channels to engage and inform our target audience about our products and services.

Effective Communication: Utilize exceptional communication skills to convey job opportunities, assess candidate suitability, and maintain clear and concise interactions.

Customer-Centric Approach: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and deliver solutions that align with their needs.

Performance Metrics: Thrive in a target-driven environment, monitor key performance metrics, and contribute to the achievement of team goals.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or service staff is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accurate records.
Strong problem solving skills to resolve issues effectively.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute to team success.
Exceptional multitasking and time management skills.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
Have a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle.
