Key Responsibilities Own the client relationship and oversee project execution from discovery to delivery. Manage scopes, budgets, and schedules while acting as the primary client contact. Lead kickoff meetings, status updates, and delivery presentations. Align client goals with production capabilities and marketing strategy. Forecast resource needs and collaborate with department leads for allocation. Identify and communicate scope changes, growth opportunities, and renewal options. Track performance metrics, report progress, and maintain accurate documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement of Blayzer's project processes and client service model. Qualifications 47 years of blended experience in project management and account management within a digital agency. Strong technical understanding of web and eCommerce ecosystems (Shopify, BigCommerce, WordPress, etc.). Proven track record of managing multiple clients and complex web builds simultaneously. Advanced communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Experience with Zoho, Basecamp, and time tracking/reporting systems. KPIs End-to-end project success (timeline, scope, margin).
