Role Description The Recruitment Coordinator is a part-time, hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA. This role supports the hiring process for Accomplishers by sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating and hosting interviews, and maintaining organized candidate records. The Recruitment Coordinator will communicate regularly with applicants and internal stakeholders, provide a positive candidate experience, and help ensure hiring needs are met in a timely manner. This role requires day to day interaction with people, and a discerning eye for the very best talent to join our team. Day-to-day responsibilities include posting job ads, reviewing applications, conducting initial phone or video screens, gathering feedback from hiring managers, and assisting with onboarding logistics and documentation. The role also involves responding to candidate inquiries, supporting basic HR administration related to recruitment, and contributing to process improvements that strengthen the talent pipeline. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service orientation to build trust with candidates and internal team members. Experience with Hiring and Interviewing processes, including candidate screening and coordination of interviews. Comfortable working independently and hitting a weekly cadence with minimal oversight. Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for candidate outreach and internal updates. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously. Comfortable working in Atlanta, GA, with flexibility to support varying recruitment needs. Proficiency with basic office software and applicant tracking or HR systems is preferred. Prior experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or staffing is beneficial but not strictly required.
