EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS AT NEW OUTLOOK HOME CARE

New to caregiving?No problem!  We offer any and all training necessary for the requirements of this position (both online and in person).  Our office staff are knowledgeable and helpful in preparing you for serving clients in their home as a caregiver. We're here to help you!

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid drivers license. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide personal care: assistance with personal care (ADL’s) such as bathing, hygiene, dressing, grooming, denture care, toileting, mobility, appointment arranging, etc.

• Provide housekeeping: assistance with housekeeping (IADL's) such as light housework, laundry, grocery/clothing shopping, prescription pickup, meal preparation, etc.

• Provide medication services and nursing services (as authorized) in the client’s home with nurse assistance and full training.

• Provide or arrange social interactions for client well-being.

• Follows the provided plan of care and service plan to ensure safe, competent care to the client.

RATE OF PAY:

• $20 - $24 per hour (experience dependent)

• $3 shift differential for weekend shifts

SCHEDULE:

• Flexible shifts, Monday thru Friday

• Most shifts between 9am - 6:00pm
