The Bar-Back is responsible forkeeping station clean and well stocked throughout the day. Must enjoy working with guests. The successful candidate will assist thebartenderin stocking beer, liquor and wine as well as all supplies needed in the bar work station; Assists management with product ordering needs; Monitor liquor costs and minimize waste; Provide consistent, excellent one on one guest service to our guests. This position involves controlling pour costs, controlling alcohol security, proper service to guests, as well as, product ordering and inventory. Guest service is the most valuable component of this position. Must maintain stock levels throughout the day. Learns the names and personally recognizes regulars and hotel guests. Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages. Clear and reset tables in bar area. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas. Other duties as assigned Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.-required Must have a friendly and courteous attitude towards guests -required. Current TIPS certification Ability to read and comprehend complex correspondence.-required Must be able to communicate effectively in English both written andverbal.-required Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.-required The expected pay range is$12.14/hr - $16.04/hr.
