Field Home Quality Reviewer (Part-Time 1099)

2M Quality is seeking part-time 1099 reviewers to conduct on-site quality inspections of newly built homes. You will evaluate workmanship, completeness, consistency, and professionalism from a buyer's perspective and report results electronically from various sites. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, able to work unsupervised, and comfortable using tablets and mobile devices. Availability 4–5 days, occasional full days, travel between sites, 8am–5pm, with no roof access required. #J-18808-Ljbffr 2M Quality
