In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services and help patients achieve their functional goals.Responsibilities:Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical TherapistDeliver therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities as appropriateMonitor patient performance and report progress or changes to the Physical TherapistInstruct patients in safe and effective home exercise programsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standardsEducate patients and families about therapy goals, safety, and treatment expectationsAssist in maintaining clinic organization and ensuring a safe, clean environmentParticipate in team meetings and contribute to coordinated patient careSupport quality improvement and continuing education initiativesQualificationsGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant programCurrent Texas PTA licenseValid BLS/CPR certificationSolid understanding of physical therapy principles and modalitiesStrong interpersonal, communication, and patient engagement skillsExcellent documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) proficiencyAbility to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary teamCommitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional growthExperience or interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, or outpatient care preferredAdditional InformationCompetitive Hourly Rate Based on Experience!
