Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In-person Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) are needed to deliver vital speech and language services for the 2026-2027 school year. Whether working with elementary learners in Victorville or engaging with students across all grade levels in the Needles area, you'll join a collaborative environment that values dedication and expertise.

Openings include:

• Two SLPs: K-6 caseloads (approx. 55 students each) with SLPA support in the Victorville area
• One SLP: K-12 caseload (approx. 55 students) with SLPA support in Needles; occasional travel to a nearby reservation is required (mileage reimbursed)

Key qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid California state SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• CTC Clear Credential
• Previous experience in school-based SLP settings preferred
• Willingness to travel for on-site needs
• Strong collaborative and communication skills

Position highlights:
