Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Candidates in their Clinical Fellowship year are not being considered for these roles.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience delivering SLP services to school-aged children, including in-person and teletherapy formats
• Background in IEP documentation, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and providing direct and indirect (consultative) services
• Familiarity with healthcare, educational, and pediatric SLP best practices
• Strong organizational skills with flexibility to serve multiple sites as part of an itinerant team
• Ability to navigate or quickly learn electronic IEP systems (training provided)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, write reports, and design comprehensive intervention plans
• Deliver speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide documentation, and maintain compliance with district standards
• Collaborate with teachers and staff, consult with families, and contribute to inclusive school supports
• Allocate indirect service and administrative time; attend and participate in paid team meetings
• Flexibly manage caseloads across multiple locations with paid travel as needed
