- Deliver quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments and associated procedures.
- Perform treatment simulations, fabricate shielding blocks, and maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
- Prepare equipment for patient treatments, conduct quality control and quality assurance tests, and uphold infection control and radiation safety practices.
- Maintain professional relationships with medical staff and collaborate across disciplines to support patient care.
- Document treatment delivery and outcomes in EMR and ensure compliance with national standards of practice. Requirements
- ARRT (T) certification required; active certification.
- BLS (AHA) certification required.
- 2+ years of radiation therapy experience.
- 1 year of travel experience required, or post-graduation experience with Varian and ARIA; TrueBeam, ARIA, Trilogy experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and meet the assignment’s 40-hour weekly requirement. Benefits and Support
