Must-Have: Strong charge nurse and supervisory experience, ability to work in the ER as a second nurse

Description: The House Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for both the Emergency Department and Acute Care unit. This role involves ensuring appropriate staffing, operational efficiency, and caregiver support. The Emergency Department treats patients with a wide range of conditions, from minor illnesses to critical emergencies such as stroke, chest pain, and sepsis. Patients requiring ongoing treatment are admitted to Acute Care for continued management. The House Supervisor works closely with clinical teams to support patient flow. They coordinate care transitions and address operational needs. Promoting safe, high-quality patient care across both departments is essential. This position is required to be able to work as a second nurse in the Emergency Room.
