Assistant Manager
Assistant Manager position available at Kneaders Bakery & Cafe in Bountiful, Utah. The role is full-time with afternoon/evening availability required. Kneaders is looking for a talented Assistant Manager who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community. The ideal candidate will lead a dynamic team and offer unique menu selections made with honest, whole ingredients.
Qualifications for the Assistant Manager role include:
- Resilience in leadership techniques from scheduling to inventory, while providing consistent and exemplary customer service experiences
- Respect by actively listening to ideas, concerns, and feedback to collaborate with management teams and customers to make changes and improvements
- Readiness for team building, team development, and career influencing for a team who looks to you as the expert and the person who will help guide individuals to career greatness
- 1+ year of fast-paced restaurant/retail leadership experience
- Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards
- Experience with meeting operational goals and thinking beyond what has already been done to create a better experience for teams and customers
