QUALIFICATIONS:
Switchboard experience;
Microsoft Office;
5+ years of Law Firm Front Desk support;
Excellent Phone Etiquette with Clients;
Welcoming Voice with Experience Taking Messages;
Screen new Client Calls;
Direct Office Traffic for Multiple Offices;
Experience in needles is a PLUS
