Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Process and record accounting transactions from multiple affiliated branch locations accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and procedures
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist with managing multiple accounting projects and deadlines
• Collaborate with management and other departments to support business operations

• Bank Account reconciliation for multiple accounts
• Fixed asset management and other balance sheet account management
• Personal Property tax return preparation for multiple localities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• 3-5 plus years of accounting or related experience
• Experience with MAS500 accounting software is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range 60k-70k
