In this varied and technically demanding role, you will be the estimating authority on your projects, reviewing all construction documents, conducting detailed take-offs, scrutinising subcontractor and vendor quotations for full plan and specification compliance, developing scope of work for proposals, and entering estimates into job cost control systems.

The Role:
- Full bid assembly and estimating ownership across commercial HVAC and sheet metal special projects.
- Apply specialist knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and equipment to deliver accurate, complete and competitive estimates across a varied portfolio.

The Candidate

- Commercial estimating experience across HVAC, sheet metal, pipe or plumbing scopes
- Ability to interpret construction documents, drawings and specifications independently
- Eager to receive training, progress and looking for a long-term career.
