Position Summary-As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing calendars, maintaining records, and supporting daily business operations. You will serve as a key point of communication, ensuring schedules are accurate, organized, and efficiently managed.
Essential Job Duties-- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar activities
- Maintain accurate records and scheduling information
- Process data entry and update company databases
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Communicate professionally with clients, customers, and team members
- Support multiple departments with scheduling and administrative needs
- Assist with office projects and operational tasks as assigned
- Ensure all scheduling changes and updates are communicated promptly and accurately
- Experience as a File Clerk, Data Entry Clerk, or Administrative Assistant
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
