Part-Time Accountant

Location: Spring / The Woodlands Area, TX

Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 20 Hours per Week

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite Training Period Required)

Our client is seeking a Part-Time Accountant to assist with a project-based accounting initiative focused on data gathering, analysis, and financial support. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking for flexibility while contributing to a meaningful project.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data
• Assist with various accounting-related projects and reporting needs
• Review and reconcile financial information for accuracy
• Support management with data interpretation and analysis
• Prepare reports and summaries to assist with decision-making
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required
• 3-5 years of general accounting experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Ability to manage projects independently and work with large data sets
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Schedule & Work Environment

• Approximately 5 hours per day, 4 days per week
• Flexible scheduling available
• Initially onsite for training
• Transitions to a hybrid work schedule following training
