Job Duties Support the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of EMR systems and other technology, focusing on best practices and evidence-based workflows Provide input on linking practice guidelines and other evidence-based concepts to electronic records Assist with the creation and maintenance of documentation and decision support tools to ensure consistency across the system Utilizes effective communication skills in interpersonal interactions with patients and families, physicians, students, fellow employees, vendors, and the public. Assists in developing standards for assessment, development, and implementation of applications and systems. Leverages NEAT/Signal data to analyze clinical nurses’ real‑time EHR usage patterns, identify pain points, and design targeted education, optimization plans, and at‑the‑elbow training that meaningfully improves workflow efficiency and end‑user experience Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Related field. 3 years progressive clinical/healthcare experience with demonstrated experience leading teams, committees, implementations or other special projects. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to work well in a team environment and to be self‑motivated and self‑disciplined. Ability to focus on details and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and to consistently apply standards with flexibility for various department functions. Knowledge and ability to extract key data elements from data systems required as well as software programs including MS Office and Visio. EPIC Certification - Epic Systems Within 180 Days Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Nursing or Related field. 5 years progressive experience. RN - Licensed Registered Nurse_PA - State of Pennsylvania or RN - Licensed Registered Nurse_NJ - State of New Jersey Physical Demands Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
