Responsibilities

• Maintain all production areas in a clean and orderly manner consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Perform repairs and maintenance of facilities, wells, production equipment, and safety equipment.
• Ensure continuous operation of production platforms.
• Maintain accurate production reports, testing safety and environmental equipment, and documenting results.
• Apply basic machinery/system troubleshooting skills and knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
• Utilize planning and scheduling techniques related to asset care management.
• Maintain production standards and targets, identify areas for process improvement.
• Document production activities by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batches.
• Perform all duties in a manner consistent with company safety policies.
• Complete all required records, reports, logs, and documentation accurately and in detail.
• Maintain quality standards and production pace.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working on a production line.
• Experience in a GMP/SOP environment.
• Basic machinery/system troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
• Understanding of planning and scheduling techniques related to asset care management.
• Strong documentation skills for reports, logs, and records.
• Ability to work safely and follow company safety policies.
