Design Leader — Fintech Banking (Product & People)
Gusto
Gusto is seeking a senior design leader to guide a Banking-focused design team. You will shape user experiences for Wallet and SMB Banking, balancing hands-on craft with people leadership, and collaborating with PM, Engineering, Risk, and Legal on regulated financial products. This role includes coaching, defining design standards, and driving cross-product alignment.
