Purpose
The Senior Analyst, Revenue & Operations brings clarity and structure to complex pricing, revenue, and field operations data across family of home trades brands. The role translates ambiguous business questions into decision-ready analysis that shapes how brands price, sell, and serve customers, partnering closely with corporate leaders, sales, and field technicians.
E Essential Job Functions
E Build and maintain standardized ServiceTitan price books across trade departments (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), integrating product and cost data from dozens of vendors, hundreds of categories, and multiple markets.
E Design dashboards, apps, and reports — primarily in Domo — that turn raw operational data into clear narratives for executives, GMs, and corporate colleagues.
E Lead pricing and revenue analyses, including margin reviews, scenario modeling, attach-rate studies, and ad-hoc deep dives that drive operating decisions.
E Use AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, and others) to accelerate analysis, prototype tools, and improve personal productivity.
E Practice and protect data integrity by identifying inconsistencies early, documenting assumptions, and producing audit-ready work.
E Flex across shifting priorities as the business moves — pricing strategy one week, a vendor cost refresh the next, a new GM dashboard the week after.
E Communicate findings to senior leadership in short, clear, jargon-free language using written memos, Domo outputs, and PowerPoint.
N Other duties as assigned.
Work Hours
Exempt, full-time. Standard business hours with the flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet project deadlines and business demands.
Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to distill complex analysis into short, clear takeaways for executive and operator audiences. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined about data integrity, with the patience to chase down root causes. Versatile and warm in working with people across very different backgrounds — corporate peers, brand GMs, sales leaders, and field technicians. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where agendas and priorities shift on short notice. Curious about the home services trades and motivated to learn the business deeply. Maintains professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Education and Experience
E Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data and analytics, or a related field.
E Three (3) or more years of progressive experience in revenue management, pricing, financial analysis, or FP&A.
E Advanced Excel skills, with demonstrated ability to build financial and revenue models from scratch.
E Proficient in PowerPoint or equivalent presentation tools, with the ability to tell a clear story in slides.
N Hands-on ServiceTitan experience as an admin or power user (strongly preferred).
N Experience building apps, dashboards, and visualizations in Domo or comparable modern BI platforms (preferred).
N Working experience using Claude, Claude Code, or other advanced AI tools for analytical work (preferred).
N Exposure to Snowflake or other modern data warehousing platforms (preferred).
