Description - Your Role

• Evaluate results for precision, resolve problems, and carry out necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support in collecting specimens and preparing samples for further examination as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, provide training to new staff or interns, and assist in maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical or Clinical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within the first year of employment.
• Maintain up-to-date certification for the duration of employment.
