As a Mechanical Engineer I, you'll work alongside experienced engineers on real design, testing, and continuous improvement projects from day one - gaining hands-on exposure to the precision grinding and machining technologies that power our equipment.What You'll DoDevelop new designs and documentation drawings in accordance with ASME Y14.5-2009 and GD&T standards, using SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDMSupport manufacturing efforts of machinery and toolingProvide technical support to field service technicians and customers as neededCreate and maintain bills of material (BOM) in the ERP systemCollaborate cross-functionally with senior engineers, production, and quality to bring solutions from concept to the shop floorWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Automation Engineering, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeHands-on design and engineering experience preferred (approximately 1-5 years); machine tool experience is a plusSolidWorks experience required; CSWP or CSWE certification preferredExperience with ASME Y14.5-2009 (or later) and GD&T principlesFamiliarity with ISO 13485 preferred; experience with advanced materials a plusStrong interdisciplinary communication skills, with an emphasis on customer serviceCompensation & BenefitsThe salary range for this role is $77,092 - $96,365 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
