We operate in over 1,000 Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard Exchange locations worldwide. Role Overview ESP seeks a Brand Ambassador to cover Chesapeake, Virginia. The role involves in‑store retail package goods demonstrations, primarily for alcoholic beverages. Responsibilities

• Complete in‑store retail demonstrations, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Deliver brand messaging as specified and communicate brand information effectively.
• Distribute, engage, educate, and survey retail consumers, promoting brands professionally.
• Maintain full control over the demo’s logistics and follow‑through.

Qualifications

• Engaging personality with enthusiasm for the brand.
• Demonstrated ability to comprehend brand information and sell accordingly.
• Independent worker who can manage schedule and time effectively.
• Minimum age 21.

Compensation & Work Hours

• Pay: $23–$25 per hour.
• Up to 19 hours per week with flexible scheduling based on Exchange and Express store demo needs.
