Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager

Compensation Details: $18.11 - $20.13 hourly. Commission details vary by exempt status and include potential commissions for Memberships and Fun Pass sales, paid bi-weekly unless state law requires otherwise. This position also offers a $3,000 signing and retention bonus paid in accordance with CEC’s guidelines, minus any applicable taxes. Chuck E. Job Description You won’t just help manage the restaurant; you’ll help manage expectations so guests experience “incredible” visits. As a Senior Assistant Manager, you’ll ensure employees have resources, training, and motivation so guests leave happy. Responsibilities Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, and support; uphold product quality, cleanliness, and company standards. Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing, and communicating Company and Guest expectations to the team. Coach, teach, and motivate the team to maintain high-quality guest service and safety. Exercise sound business judgment in cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory levels, and labor management. Qualifications Coaching and developing others; demonstrates ethics and integrity; effective communication; empowers others; values diversity; time and priority management; problem solving and decision making. Minimum qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age (RVP approval may allow hiring at local-law age for selling/alcohol responsibilities). High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Minimum of two years of previous management experience, preferably in the food service industry, or a proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager. Essential Functions and Work Environment Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during the shift. Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during the shift. The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise, with exposure to non-weather related wet, humid, extreme heat, and extreme cold conditions.
