Senior Immigration Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Consult Attorney to join our team on a full-time basis, specifically to conduct legal consultations with clients, playing a crucial role in providing expert advice and guidance to clients regarding their immigration matters. This is a hybrid to fully remote position. Responsibilities Conduct legal consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs, gather relevant information, and provide tailored advice based on current immigration laws and regulations. Explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner to clients with varying levels of legal knowledge. Analyze clients' immigration options, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to achieve their desired outcomes. Assist and guide clients through the application and documentation process for deportation proceedings, asylum, visas, green cards, naturalization, and other immigration-related matters. Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients. Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to resolve complex cases. Keep detailed records of all client consultations and outcomes for proper case management and future reference. Be comfortable conducting consultations virtually (telephone/video calls). Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar in any jurisdiction and in good standing. Strong expertise in U.S. immigration laws and regulations. Proven experience providing legal consultations and advising clients on immigration matters. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology for remote consultations. Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including Saturday availability. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
