About the Role
Prodigy Management Group is currently hiring Customer Service & Sales Representatives to join our in-person team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with experience in retail, restaurants, fast food, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles who are ready to grow professionally in a structured business environment.
No prior sales experience is required — we provide full training.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers in person to provide product and service information
Deliver a high level of customer service while supporting sales initiatives
Answer questions, address concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience
Build rapport and maintain professional relationships
Work closely with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
Participate in hands-on training and ongoing development
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer service, retail, food service, or hospitality preferred
Strong communication and people skills
Professional, reliable, and coachable
Comfortable working in person (this is not a remote role)
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
Degree not required
