Position Summary

Provide high quality personal care to clients based on an individualized Plan of Care, ensuring safety, comfort, and overall wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and daily living activities
• Perform basic health monitoring, including vital signs and medication reminders
• Provide light housekeeping support
• Follow the Plan of Care to deliver safe, consistent, and client focused services

Requirements

• Active HHA Certification, proof of training hours required
• Valid CPR certification, no online courses accepted
• NEGATIVE TB Test / NEGATIVE QuantiFERON Blood Test
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
