City Centre Insurance is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Responsibilities
Assist customers with insurance policies, renewals, and billing inquiries.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer service requests.
Process policy changes and endorsements.
Prepare insurance quotes and identify sales opportunities.
Help customers find appropriate insurance coverage.
Maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required, or willingness to obtain it within the first 30 days of employment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Organized, dependable, and motivated.
Insurance experience preferred but not required.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
