Product Delivery Manager - IGA

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in product delivery or a related domain
• Experience executing operational management and change-readiness activities
• Strong understanding of delivery and a track record of implementing continuous-improvement processes
• Experience with product- or platform-wide release management, deployment processes, and strategies
• A relevant bachelors degree, such as in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics, or equivalent experience
• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions and present recommendations effectively at all levels
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with leadership, relationship-building, and influencing capabilities
• Preferred: Knowledge of the product development life cycle, product design, and data analytics
• Preferred: At least 5 years of Business Analysis experience within the SDLC; familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage

• Lead end-to-end product delivery, including intake, dependency and release management, operationalization, delivery feasibility decisions, performance reporting, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and coordination
• Coordinate change-management activities with functional partners and ensure adherence to risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Manage timelines and dependencies, monitor blockers, ensure appropriate resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders and functional partners
• Define and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business objectives
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing competing priorities and changing business needs
• Contribute to product roadmaps and their execution, communicating updates and changes clearly
• Work with business stakeholders, engineering, and design teams to assess enhancements and advance the product vision
• Gather requirements from clients and users, facilitate feedback sessions, and deliver product demonstrations
• Build stakeholder alignment and provide guidance on risks, trade-offs, and strategic priorities
• Create and maintain product documentation, including use cases, requirements, and delivery materials
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, including testing, issue resolution, training, and adoption of new functionality
